Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist Data Center to join our team. As the face of our technical expertise, you will conduct product demonstrations, provide technical presentations, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Sales & Client Support:
• Sales Liaison: Act as a technical liaison for the sales team, providing expert product knowledge and technical consultation to potential clients.
• Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities within existing client accounts based on their technical needs and future growth plans.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our data center services.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their infrastructure needs.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition.
• Proposal Development: Assist in creating proposals and technical documentation for client solutions.
• Post-Sales Support: Provide post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation of services.
