Senior Account Manager - Enterprise Clients

DataHaven Colocation needs a Senior Account Manager to nurture relationships with our Fortune 500 clients. Account Management: • Manage portfolio of 20+ enterprise accounts ($10M+ ARR) • Drive expansion and upsell opportunities • Conduct quarterly business reviews • Resolve escalations and service issues • Collaborate with sales and operations teams • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

• 4+ years account management experience • Data center or technology services background • Proven track record of account growth • Strong relationship building skills • Technical understanding of infrastructure services • Salesforce experience required • Bachelor's degree preferred
