Physical Security Manager - Data Centers

SecureGuard Facilities is hiring a Physical Security Manager to oversee security operations at our Miami campus. Security Leadership: • Manage security guard force and operations • Oversee access control and video surveillance systems • Conduct security audits and risk assessments • Develop and enforce security policies • Investigate security incidents • Coordinate with law enforcement when needed

• 5+ years security management experience • Data center or critical infrastructure background • Experience with PACS and VMS systems • Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS • Strong leadership and communication skills • CPP or PSP certification preferred • Prior military or law enforcement experience valued
