Data Center Training Coordinator

SkillUp DC is hiring a Training Coordinator to develop and deliver training programs for data center technicians. Training Responsibilities: • Develop technical training curricula • Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions • Manage certification tracking and compliance • Create training materials and documentation • Coordinate vendor training programs • Assess training effectiveness and improve programs

• 3+ years data center operations experience • Training or instructional design experience • Strong presentation and communication skills • Knowledge of adult learning principles • Proficiency with LMS platforms • CDCP or equivalent certification • Bachelor's degree preferred
