Data Center Operations Technician - Night Shift

AlwaysOn Data Centers is hiring for our night shift operations team. This role ensures 24/7 monitoring and hands-on support. Night Shift Responsibilities: • Monitor building management and DCIM systems • Respond to alarms and critical incidents • Perform server installations and cable management • Execute remote hands tickets for customers • Conduct facility rounds and inspections • Maintain incident logs and documentation Shift differential: +15% base pay for night hours

• 1+ years data center or IT operations experience • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Server+ preferred • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am) • Basic understanding of networking and servers • Strong troubleshooting skills • Ability to lift 50 lbs • Reliable and detail-oriented
