Data Center HR Coordinator

MegaColo Inc is hiring an HR Coordinator to support recruitment and employee programs for our operations team. HR Responsibilities: • Coordinate hiring process for technical positions • Onboard new data center employees • Maintain training records and certifications • Process background checks and security clearances • Administer benefits and time-off requests • Support employee engagement initiatives

• 2+ years HR or recruiting experience • Understanding of technical roles preferred • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP) • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication abilities • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
