Data Center Finance Analyst

InfraMetrics Advisors is seeking a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for our data center portfolio. Financial Analysis: • Develop operating and capital budgets • Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis • Analyze power costs and PUE metrics • Support pricing models for customer proposals • Track capex projects and ROI • Assist with annual audits

• 3+ years finance or accounting experience • Data center or real estate background preferred • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting • CPA or CFA progress preferred
