Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled Data Center Facility Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art data center. In this dynamic role, you’ll maintain and troubleshoot critical infrastructure like HVAC, power systems, and backup systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Duties
• Maintain and troubleshoot critical infrastructure, including HVAC, power systems, and backup generators.
• Monitor and optimize data center operations to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve issues quickly to minimize system downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve facility performance and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in data center operations, including knowledge of large scale HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with critical infrastructure systems like UPS, generators, and fire suppression systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices for maintaining a secure and efficient data center.
Pay: $68,000 - $76,000
