Data Center BMS Technician

SmartBuilding Systems is seeking a BMS Technician to maintain and optimize building management systems in our Nashville data center. Key Responsibilities: • Program and maintain BMS/SCADA systems • Configure and calibrate sensors and controllers • Create custom dashboards and reporting • Troubleshoot automation system issues • Integrate new equipment into BMS platform • Maintain system documentation

• 3+ years BMS/SCADA experience • Knowledge of Schneider, Honeywell, or Siemens systems • Understanding of HVAC and electrical systems • PLC programming experience preferred • Strong troubleshooting skills • IT networking basics (TCP/IP, VLANs) • Associate degree in related field
